How long does delivery take?
It does depend on the item you order, delivery can be next day or up to 6 weeks. Our customer service team will contact you as soon as your order is ready. All delivery times quoted are approximate and may change depending on product. We shall notify of any changes to delivery times.

How do I book a delivery?

Are your items covered by a guarantee?
You are covered by your statutory rights on all our items for 12 months, however many manufacturers will cover items for longer depending on their own Guarantee or warranty terms.

Will you assemble my bed?
Yes we can assemble any product. Please see assembly options on delivery bar or click here.

Will you dispose of my old product when you deliver my new product?

Yes we can dispose of any bed, mattress, divan e.t.c.

Can I collect my order instead?

Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, but this is only possible if you place an order in store and we will give you a quote.

 What bed sizes are standard? 

Metric and imperial bed sizes

Single                            –               90 cm x 190 cm or 3′ 0″ x 6′ 3″

Small-double               –               120 cm x 190 cm or 4′ 0″ x 6′ 3″

Double                          –               135 cm x 190 cm or 4′ 6″ x 6′ 3″

Kingsize                        –               150 cm x 200 cm or 5′ 0″ x 6′ 6″

Super Kingsize            –               180 cm x 200 cm or 6′ 0″ x 6′ 6″

Bed size measurements can differ as each size (width and length) can have a tolerance of 3cm.

Do you sell special size beds?
Yes, most of our manufacturers can make a bed or mattress to any size, shorter beds, longer beds, wider beds etc. This service is available through our store and the customer service team will be able to give you advice on all sizes available.

Will you pass my details on to anyone else?
Stratford on Avon Bed Company will never pass your details to any third party. If however, we need to arrange an independent inspection or delivery, we will ask your permission to do so.

Who will carry out the delivery?
Our very own two man delivery team will always deliver the goods specified unless you can arrange your own carrier or delivery van.

What do I do if my goods arrive damaged?
In the unlikely event that one of your items is damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of delivery. You can let us know by either calling 01789 297111 or by emailing the store at: –

What is your complaints process?
If there is something you’re not happy with, we’d like to put it right, please contact by telephone or visit the store as soon as possible.

I am having a problem with my item, how do I claim on my guarantee?
Should you need to claim against your guarantee, you will need to contact our Customer Service Team

We would be happy to arrange for someone to visit your home and inspect your goods.

My bed has some parts missing, how do I obtain these?
Please let us know as soon as possible if any parts are missing from your delivery. If you contact us on 01789 297111, parts will arrive the same day. If any parts have been missed by the manufacturer delivery it will normally take 3 working days to receive the parts necessary.

How can I change or cancel part of my order?
If you would like to amend your order in any way, please contact us on 01789 297111. Please note that certain goods may be subject to a cancellation charge if they have been manufactured especially.
